We have a small group of skilled professionals that had been working together for less than 2 years when I first contacted, Sherica Hymes of Polished Consulting. I wanted to bring in a professional to level set our understanding of, and be able to, fully grasp the tenants of a high performing team. Ms. Hymes’s facilitation helped our team to identify behaviors that were preventing our team from approaching tasks strategically and assisted us with tools to help us work more collaboratively.
