Q. Are men or children allowed?

The Total Woman Summit is exclusively for women. Young ladies are certainly welcome. We do not currently offer childcare during the event, maybe next year!

Q. Will food be provided?

Yes. Breakfast begins at 9:30am, unless you’re in the Summit Inner Circle or purchased a Summit Flourish ticket. We respect all dietary restrictions, so options will be provided for those with restricted diets. Snacks will be provided throughout the event!

Q. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No ID’s are required. We recommend you be at least 18 years of age. However, if you're under 18 you may attend, preferably with an adult. There is special seating for young ladies ages 15-22 in our Next Generation Initiative section if indicated when purchased. Otherwise, they’ll be welcome to sit in the respective ticket level.

Q. What time should I arrive to the event?

The Zen Lounge, Flourish Market and Social Media Suite will be open at 9:30 a.m. Unless otherwise stated in your ticket purchase. You should plan to arrive on time because we strive for executing with excellence and respecting your time! Don’t miss a thing Sis!!!

Q. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue offers convenient, secured parking.

Q. What to wear to the event?

You may purchase an event t-shirt to pair with your unique style or feel free to dress in colorful and fun attire. Basically, we always love bright, fun colors. We all look like a bag of skittles and we LOVE IT!!!

Q. What's the refund policy?

All ticket purchase are final. Tickets may be transferred and updated registration information must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 5pm. cst to info@totalwomansummit.com

Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Our registration process is digital for ease and convenience.

Q. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Q. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No. Tickets may be transferred and updated registration information must be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 5pm. cst to info@totalwomansummit.com.  In the event of an emergency and you cannot attend, please send an email to the above address.

Q. What time do doors open for the Passing the Torch event? 

Doors will open at 6pm on September 18, 2020.

Q. What’s the attire for the Passing the Torch event?

We have custom tees available for the Next Gen Initiative and the Living Legends. We strongly encourage you to purchase one for the event. It’s going to be PHENOMENAL! Otherwise, we encourage you to wear something chic in purple, lavender or green.  

Q. Will food be served as the Passing the Torch event?

Absolutely. Light hors d’oeuvres and snacks will be served.
